Carts must be placed curbside the night before or by 6:00 AM on your collection day to ensure service.

95-gallon Meridian Waste/ADSI cart
Once per week pickup (Tuesday or Thursday)
Containerized, nonhazardous municipal solid waste

All waste materials must be BAGGED to limit trash spillage during collection and contained INSIDE your 95-gallon cart. If your cart is full, additional tied bags (35 lb. or less) can be placed beside the cart. If you regularly have excess bags, extra carts are available for purchase; please contact the City of York at 205-392-5231 for details.

Close cart lid, point handle away from street, place on edge of street. Keep cart 5 feet away from all objects.
