Meridian Waste Names Donald Link as Corporate Controller
25-Year Accounting Veteran Leads Financials for
Growing Waste Company
GREENSBORO, Ga. – March 30, 2018: Meridian Waste Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: MRDN) (“Meridian Waste” or the “Company”), an innovative technology and integrated, non-hazardous solid waste services company, is pleased to name Donald G. Link, as corporate controller, effective April 2. He will work from the new corporate location for the company’s waste operations in Greensboro, Ga.

Link most recently served as vice president finance at Hawkeyepedershaab Concrete Technologies, a $60 million annual revenue company, where he completed purchase accounting activities following an acquisition and was responsible for all treasury functions. Prior to that post, Link spent seven years with Contech Engineered Solutions as vice president financial planning and analysis, where he directed the company’s $600 million overall financial planning, budgeting and sales data.
Link holds a bachelor’s degree from Clarion University with a concentration in accounting.
