Splash Bash at Shotwell C&D Landfill

Shotwell C&D Landfill in Wendell, N.C. threw a Summer Splash Bash on August 7 with over 140 members of the community!

With food trucks, inflatable waterslides, and a dunk tank - the rain couldn't keep the good times away.

The Meridian Waste team also opened up a Touch-A-Truck field for adults and kids alike to crawl up into and see what feats of engineering Environmental Superheroes use every day in keeping the community clean and green.

In addition to having a great time outside, attendees got a chance to see that Shotwell C&D Landfill is a clean and environmentally safe disposal facility.
