Meridian Waste was selected to receive the 2024 FOLAR Outstanding Comunity Service BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY award from the Friends of Lower Appomattox River.

The award recognizes Meridian Waste's commitment to improving the quality of life in the region through many years of providing roll-off containers and ensuring proper trash disposal for FOLAR's many conservation clean-ups.
