This vendor webpage is designed to help our verified suppliers get important financial information to Meridian Waste and for us, in turn, to get payment back to you securely, more accurately and expeditiously.

2) Complete the website online fields as indicated.
3) Upload a PDF of the completed/executed W-9 Form.
4) Upload a PDF of the complete/executed ACH Form.
5) Upload a VOIDED check from the banking account in which you desire the payments to be deposited.
