Meridian Waste - South Carolina was one of multiple service companies showing off their large and impressive trucks at the Siloam Christian Preschool’s Touch-A-Truck event on Tuesday, April 5th.  

Meridian Waste participated in the Tri Cities Home & Garden Show March 25 - 27, 2022.

Community entities brought in the big trucks for Hilliard Elementary School's Career Day. Meridian Waste with a read-load garbage truck and garbage carts to demonstrate how the truck works.

Meridian Waste is proud to sponsor The Umstead Coalition's 2022 Walk/Ride/Bike for Umstead. The Coalition is dedicated to preserving the natural integrity of William B. Umstead State Park and the Richland Creek Corridor.

Meridian Waste North Carolina celebrates the spring holidays combining Earth Day and the Easter season with family-friendly activities for all ages on Saturday, April 9.  

Meridian Waste announced that it closed on the purchase of Pinnacle Waste, LLC and Triad Waste, LLC, located in Goldsboro, NC and Sanford, NC respectively.  Meridian Waste will operate out of Chatham County situated between two of the state’s three largest centers of population and commerce, the Triangle Region and the Piedmont-Triad region. The closing on both acquisitions was effective March 1, 2022. 

Meridian Waste is hosting its third annual Earth Day-themed coloring contest, “Brightening the World,” for children from five to 10-years of age. Earth Day is Friday, April 22.

On Saturday, February 26, 2022, the crew of the Shotwell Landfill continued their monthly adopt-a-highway cleanup.

Team Blue Ridge put on their bowling shoes to enjoy a fun afternoon of Team Building and Goal Setting for 2022. It was a nice change of pace to get out of the office; the outing also offered friendly competition, lots of laughs, and a great way to reset in the new year!
