It's October 1, and for Meridian Waste, that means getting down to business with the start of residential waste collection for the City of Jacksonville (COJ).
The City of Winfield's 'Celebrate Winfield' event at the Fairgrounds on Saturday, September 11, was an All-American hit. The event featured food, crafts, live music, games, a kid's zone, and fireworks. The day kicked off with a Benefit for the Brave charity 5k run/walk.
Meridian Waste Virginia - Petersburg Hauling donated school supplies to support the residents of Greenbriar Management Apartment Communities in a back-to-school celebration.
More than 4,000 people attended the event that had in excess of 20 different trucks and heavy machinery displays. Meridian Waste’s goal of the superhero theme was to spotlight the hardworking men and women in the environmental services industry who have worked continuously during the past 18 months to keep communities and neighborhoods clean, green, and safe.
Shotwell C&D Landfill in Wendell, N.C. threw a Summer Splash Bash on August 7 with over 140 members of the community!
